Hi there! I'm Margarte, and this little bakery has been my dream since I was eight years old sneaking spoonfuls of my grandma's pie filling. After decades of baking for neighbors, church potlucks, and anyone who'd accept a tin foil package at the door, my family finally convinced me to make it official.
We opened our doors right here in Woodland Park — nestled up in the pines at 8,500 feet — and we haven't looked back since. Everything you taste here starts with real butter, real love, and a recipe card that's been handled one too many times.
We don't do shortcuts. Every recipe calls for the real thing.
We source local eggs, dairy, and fruit whenever the season allows.
Three generations of handwritten recipe cards live in our kitchen.
We donate day-old goods to local shelters every Friday morning.
